Pilates Fitness now at Apollo Life Centre

Apollo Life announced the launch of internationally acknowledged Pilates Fitness at its Centre in Jubilee Hills, at a Press Conference organised at Apollo Life Centre on Friday. Ms Upasna Kamineni and celebrity trainer Ms Yasmin Karachiwala, briefing media said, Apollo life through a joint venture with Body Image, Mumbai, will offer the uniquely designed and awesomely powerful Pilates fitness program under the guidance of Ms Karachiwala, at Apollo Life Centre, Jubilee Hills, from 24th June.

Pilates is a popular and preferred workout amongst all age groups for its low impact, safe and suitable conditioning routine.
